Climate, water hardness, soil type, infrastructure and building age all leave fingerprints on a property. These are the patterns we see week in, week out. ### Foundation movement on Greensand and Gault Clay Sevenoaks sits on a mix of Lower Greensand and Gault Clay, both seasonally mobile.
